The Y-System is a holistic tennis training methodology designed to optimize physical performance and cognitive development through the core principles of Mobility, Stability, and Velocity—the 3Y’s.

It analyzes tennis-specific movements step by step, including the natural stance, closed stance, open stance, and semi-open stance, along with their corresponding biomechanics. These involve key elements such as hip rotation, hip drive, dominant leg activation, and upper body coordination. These are core focus areas the system targets to optimize tennis performance and enhance overall motor skills.

The Y-System is the result of years of training and studying human movement—carefully simplified and broken down into guided steps performed across seven phases.
